25th Annual BBQ and Wine Tasting
1-4 pm at the Ruins
Special Guest Appearance by former Governor John Page; coming home to Rosewell

Our largest fundraiser, the BBQ at the Ruins helps The Rosewell Foundation fulfill the mission to: to protect and preserve the ruins; and present public history through educational and interpretive programs.

This year:
the food is all you can eat; your wine tasting ticket includes a souvenir wine glass; there’ll be African American story telling and drumming; we’ll be playing 18th century old fashioned children’s games; there’ll be archeological activities and tours of the ruins conducted throughout the day; TOGA and VIMS will be on hand for oyster farming and crabbing displays; Music will be by the fabulous Good Shot Judy.

Tickets are: Adults – $30 (in advance); $35 at the door; Children (6-12) – $15; BBQ and Wine tasting $45 – includes souvenir wine glass
Proceeds from Annual Barbecue support the Rosewell Foundation as it preserves, studies,
and presents the historic Rosewell ruin.
