Have you marked your calendar for the Chamber of Commerce’s first Business After Hours of the New Year to be held at CrossFit Training in Gloucester? It promises to be an exciting night. CrossFit is looking forward to showing us what a Workout of the Day looks like with a live demonstration by their own members!
