The Courthouse Community Orchestra plays a wide variety of contemporary, classical, and popular music. This concert will benefit both Arts on Main and the Orchestra.

The Orchestra was organized to provide an opportunity for advanced music students and intermediate players to develop a more extensive knowledge of orchestral repertoires.

Conductor: Kathy Tucker, band director at Page Middle School. Rehearsals: Wednesdays at Mathews High School, 6:30 – 8:30.

CCO has performed in many local events, including Mathews Market Days, the honors band programs for Gloucester and Mathews middle schools, a Christmas concert with Bayside Ballet, and many productions of the Courthouse Players. Our musicians range in age from 12 to 93, and financial support comes from donations and member dues.
