Gloucester Arts on Main: 3D Exhibition
“Exploring the Third Dimension” opening July 7th, featuring sculptural works in a wide variety of media, including metal, wood, leather, ceramic, paper and more.
“An Emperor’s Kimono”, a work on paper by Caroline Garrett Hardy, and a metal sculpture by John Latell, made from the hood of a car, two of the many three dimensional works on display this month and next at Arts on Main.
This group show includes local and regional artists, many of whom will be at the opening, including George Cramer (The Village Blacksmith), John Latell, Matt St. Louis, Warren Dorer, Brian Rainey, Caroline Garrett Hardy and Bob Mandala. Photographs by Trotter Hardy will also be on display.
Live music will be provided by Something Different, the father/daughter duo of Ashley Wenner and Bob Sindle, of White Marsh, performing oldies from the 70’s and contemporary pop. Opening night is free and open to the public, from 6 – 8pm, and includes a cash bar and food.
The exhibition will run through August 28th, 2017

The Nines Pet Boutique: Join us for another fun First Friday! Paws, Paint & Petals on July 7th from 5-7pm.
Bring your Pet Picasso to the Nines to create a free piece of paw flower art! Have your kids join in the fun and create a keepsake with their fur brother or fur sister. All paints are non-toxic, washable and safe for your fur babies.
The Nurtury: The Nurtury will continue their (every) Friday evening classes as soon as they move across the street (more space!!!) Class and workshop list is to include subjects such as: Nutrition for Diabeties, Essential Oils Scent Bar, How Asrology Can Help You, A Healthy Day for Mind-Body-Soul, Make Your Own Tincture, Detox and Chakra Kundalini Yoga, and much more.
Good Life Kitchen: Glenn Lavender from The Silver Hand Meadery in Williamsburg will be offering honey and mead tastings with artfully created hors’deuorves to match!
