14th Annual Plant Extravaganza presented by the Gloucester Master Gardeners

When: Saturday, September 17th, 2016 from 8 AM-12 Noon

Where: Main Street Center Parking Lot at 6920 Main Street (next to the Courthouse Library)

What: The Gloucester Master Gardeners will be selling everything for your fall gardening needs and more!

Perennials, roses, houseplants, trees & shrubs, native plants, herbs & herb products, gently used garden related items, miscellaneous items for the gardener, “Home Gardening in Gloucester” book revised/expanded in 2015

ALSO FEATURED: A “Kids Workshop With Your Child” presented by Home Depot

Monarch Butterfly Display & Release (if the butterfly is agreeable)

Tree Stewards will be available to answer your questions

Bring one hand tool per adult and learn how to properly care for your tools, including free tool sharpening

Coffee and donuts for sale by Sunrise Donuts & Sweets

The Walter Reed Garden Club will be making flower arrangements and selling note cards

***The Plant Extravaganza is a fundraiser. Proceeds to go to local community projects including college scholarships for GHS students, Woodville Park & Gardens, Beaverdam Park, Hort Therapy at Gloucester House & Walter Reed Convalescent Center and fresh produce to food banks.
