Starting this Friday, we have a Friday Family meal deal that includes an herb stuffed rotisserie chicken, roasted potatoes and a veggie for 14.95 that would be great. They are 3 pounds chickens so should feed 4.

Monday the 13 and the 27 we have freezer meal workshop so, where we
make a week’s worth of healthy dinners for a family of 4 for less than
five through.

Finally, we have the GLK Kids culinary academy on Saturday mornings from 830 til 1030. Each week is a different theme that incorporates technique, ingredients and skill. $30.00per class.

We are also having a kids culinary camp the 5 days of spring break( that’s
in April) from 830 til 1030 and again from 3-5. It is 150 for the week and
culminates in a showcase dinner for the families at 5:30 that Friday
