The Virginia LOVE sign will be on display at the 28th Annual Daffodil Festival and Gloucester Parks, Recreation, and Tourism will be having a photo contest.  The festival is scheduled for Saturday, April 5th 10am-5pm and Sunday, April 6th Noon-5pm.

Gloucester Parks, Recreation & Tourism, in parnership with the Virginia Tourism Corporation, is bringing LOVE to the 2014 Daffodil Festival. The oversized LOVE artwork will be on display on the front lawn of the Botetourt Hotel, April 2-7, 2014. The artwork travels across Virginia to promotoe tourism that love is at the heart of every Virginia vacation. The LOVE artwork will be in Gloucester to draw tourists to the Daffodil Festival, now in its 28th year. The Daffodil Festival will be held April 5 & 6 and guests can look forward to:

Incredible food court

Over 150 arts, crafts & jewelry vendors

Ultimate Laser Tag

Face painting, magic shows, strolling characters

While on display, visitors are encouraged to take a photo with the decorated LOVE artwork. The artwork will be decorated specifically for the Daffodil Festival. Stop by the LOVE sign, select your favorite song, and take a picture with friends and family. Gloucester Parks, Recreation & Tourism will be sponosorsing a photo contest with prizes- so get your creativity flowing and be ready to show your LOVE!
