Tidewater Physical Therapy, Inc. has been providing rehabilitation and injury prevention services to the residents of Gloucester and the surrounding area for nearly 20 years.  We are proud to announce a new partnership with Pivot Physical Therapy. This has provided us with an opportunity to join with professionals who share our compassion and drive to help people feel better and function at a higher level every day.

For 30 years, Tidewater Physical Therapy has been dedicated to clinical excellence in the Hampton Roads area and for the past 19 years we have been a part of the Gloucester community providing that same level of care.  That will not change.  You will notice some cosmetic changes with new signs and a new logo.  We will continue to provide quick access to appointments.  We are committed to helping you achieve your goals.  We are confident that our partnership with Pivot Physical Therapy will provide more opportunity for our clinicians and even better care for our patients.  We embrace changing our name to Pivot.

We will continue to offer the expertise of orthopedic  therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention training (including the LSVT BIG program), pediatric therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, post surgical rehabilitation, hands-on manual therapy and an individualized program for every patient.

As we reflect on our history in Gloucester- the relationships we’ve made and the people we have helped – we are overwhelmed with pride.  We are grateful for the partnerships we have with the physicians who have trusted us to care for their patients and for all of the patients who have chosen  each of us or one of our staff to be their physical therapist.
