Wilton Cottage & Garden, which has served the region from Hartfield, VA for several years and in the Gloucester Village over the last two years announces its transitioning from retail to doing only special events and floral services. Owner, Aaron Ward states, “Although we are sad to say goodbye to our retail businesses, we are very excited at what the future holds in store with the demand on the rise regionally for special events, floral and interior design. We thank our loyal customers and look forward to continuing to serve them in a more specialized way. Businesses are always in transition and repositioning ours will allow me more time to spend individually with our customers during some of the most special moments of their lives such as weddings, designing in their homes, family and other celebratory events.” Wilton Cottage & Garden will serve the Middle Peninsula, Richmond and Tidewater areas.
During this transition, the Gloucester store will be holding sales now through the holidays and plan to close as of December 31st.
